Mandatory notification of transaction - primary insiders

Robert Hvide Macleod, CEO of Frontline Management AS, has entered into a TRS agreement (Total Return Swap) underlying 100,000 shares in Frontline Ltd. ("Frontline") expiring June 6th 2019 and TRS price of NOK 59.3254 per underlying share. In addition, Mr Macleod has a TRS agreement with exposure to 500,000 underlying shares in Frontline with expiry date June 6th 2019 and TRS price NOK 55.2161 per underlying share and holds options to acquire 798,000 shares in Frontline, as previously disclosed.
