Mandatory Notification of Trade

Robert Hvide Macleod, CEO of Frontline Management AS, has settled a TRS agreement (Total Return Swap) underlying 600,000 shares in Frontline Ltd. ("Frontline") expiring September 5th 2019. Mr Macleod has subsequently entered into a new TRS agreement with exposure to 600,000 underlying shares in Frontline with expiry date December 6th 2019 and TRS price NOK 74.45 per underlying share. In addition, Mr Macleod holds options to acquire 798,000 shares in Frontline, as previously disclosed.
