Mandatory notification of trade

Robert Hvide Macleod, CEO of Frontline Management AS, has on 29 November 2019 purchased 202,000 shares in Frontline Ltd. ("Frontline") at a price of NOK 101.31 per share. Following this purchase Mr Macleod owns 202,000 shares in Frontline. In addition, Mr Macleod holds options to acquire 798,000 shares and holds TRS agreements with exposure to 600,000 shares in Frontline, as previously disclosed.
