Urion Holdings (Malta) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Trafigura Group Pte. Ltd. (“Trafigura”) has on 20 April 2020, sold 395,701 shares in Frontline Ltd. (“Frontline”).
Following the transaction, Trafigura and its subsidiaries holds 9,571,653 shares, corresponding to 4.8% of the outstanding shares and voting rights in Frontline.
