GOGL - Repurchase of Convertible Bonds

Golden Ocean Group Limited ("Golden Ocean" or the "Company") advises that the
Company has repurchased $5.9 million of nominal value of Convertible Bonds with
ISIN NO 0010403892 (the "CBs") at a price of 99.1 per cent of par value.

As of today Golden Ocean owns $5.9 million of CBs representing 76.6 per cent of
the total outstanding amount.
