GOGL - Mandatory notification of trade

Golden Ocean Group Limited ("Golden Ocean" or the "Company") issued in June
2014 52,500 shares to eligible option holders in the Company, in connection with
the Company's share option plan. The shares were issued at a price of NOK 4.18
per share.

After this transaction the total number of shares outstanding in the Company is
447,314,296 of $0.10 par value each.
