Subsea 7 S.A. announces SURF contract offshore Australia

Luxembourg - October 5th, 2012 - Subsea 7 S.A. (Oslo
Børs: SUBC) announces the award of a contract valued
at approximately US$ 100 million from Apache
Australia Pty Ltd for the Julimar Development
Project, offshore Western Australia.

The project includes the transportation, installation
and pre-commissioning of subsea umbilicals, manifolds
and diver-less tie-in spools. Project management and
engineering will commence immediately from Subsea 7's
office in Perth, Australia, with offshore operations
scheduled to commence in late 2014.
