The Company is pleased to announce that it is making available an investor portal (the "Portal") to provide easy to access, comprehensive and structured disclosure on its portfolio of investments. This is being made available through Gravis Capital Management Ltd ("Gravis"), the Company's investment adviser, as part of Gravis' existing investment advisory arrangement with the Company. Gravis has invested in the development of its proprietary, in-house, investment management software (Carapace) to provide the Portal.
Company information available on the Portal includes an overview of the Company's investment portfolio, the cash flow forecasts for each investment that are adopted in the latest published net asset value and details of the infrastructure assets relevant to each investment.

The Portal supplements these disclosures through providing an alternative access and structure of information on the Company's investments and underlying infrastructure assets for shareholders.
The Portal will not contain any inside information that has not otherwise been announced to the market.
