Changes to Director Roles and Responsibilities

 

Bluefield Solar (LON: BSIF), the London listed UK income fund focused primarily on acquiring and managing solar energy assets, announces that following the publication earlier today of the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2025, the Board of Bluefield Solar is pleased to confirm the following changes to its Chair and Committee composition, effective immediately.

 

·     Michael Gibbons , CBE has been appointed as Chair of the Board, succeeding John Scott, who will   remain on the Board as a non-executive director for a short period to facilitate a smooth transition.

·    Glen Suarez has been appointed as the Company's Senior Independent Director, succeeding Michael  Gibbons.

·      Michael Gibbons has been appointed Chair of the Nomination Committee, replacing Meriel Lenfestey.

·      Meriel Lenfestey has been appointed Chair of the Remuneration Committee, replacing Michael Gibbons.

·      The composition of the Audit and Risk Committee remains unchanged, with Libby Burne continuing as   Chair.

·      The composition of the Environmental, Social and Governance ('ESG') Committee remains unchanged,     with Meriel Lenfestey continuing as Chair.

·      The composition of the Management Engagement and Service Providers Committee ('MESPC') remains   unchanged, with Chris Waldron continuing as Chair.

 

These changes reflect the Board's commitment to maintaining a robust governance framework and ensuring that the Company continues to benefit from a diverse range of skills and experience at the Board and Committee level.

 

There is no further information required to be disclosed in accordance with UK listing rule 6.4.6.
