BOARD COMMITTEE CHANGES
C&C Group plc announces that with effect from 22 May 2024, Vineet Bhalla stepped down as Chair of the ESG Committee, due to time constraints since starting a new role, but will remain a member of the Committee. Sarah Newbitt has been appointed as Chair of the ESG Committee with effect from the same date.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirement of Listing Rule 9.6.11 (3)
