27 February 2015 - Member of the board of direcctors and primary insider of
Asetek A/S ("the Company") Jim McDonnell yesterday acquired 6,400 Asetek shares
in the open market at an average price of NOK 12.35 per share and holds 6,400
shares in the Company subsequent to the transaction.
