Asetek receives incremental order for government contract

Aalborg, Denmark, 12 July 2017 -  Asetek today announced an increase of its
contract with the United States Department of Defense (DoD) Environmental
Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP).

Asetek's contract with the DoD, initiated in October
2013 (http://www.asetek.com/investor-relations/stock-exchange-notices/stock
-exchange-notice-details/?id=362C51F8BF53F627), is focused on studying the
benefits of Asetek's RackCDU Direct-to-Chip (D2C) liquid cooling technology in a
DoD data center.

This amendment supports installation of our In-RackCDU product line at a new
site: One of DoD's largest HPC data centers.

The DoD has therefore increased contract funding by USD 1.2 million to a total
value of USD 3.7 million. The incremental funds are expected to be spent over
the coming three quarters. The program is extended through May 2018.
