As announced on 26 April 2017, the payment on the NOK 1.00 per share dividend
will take place on 5 May 2017, and will be directly credited to the shareholders
of Asetek of 25 April 2017, as recorded in the VPS register on 27 April 2017
(the record date).
As further described in the notice of the annual general meeting with reference
to further information on the Company's website www.asetek.com/agm2017,
mandatory withholding taxes to U.S. and Danish tax authorities will be deducted
from the dividend payment, calculated based on the investors domicile country as
recorded in the VPS system.
