Conditional exercise of Call Option

22 March, 2023 – Reference is made to the attached notice of Exercise of Call Option. Mutares has today informed Nordic Trustee AS of its exercise of the call option to redeem all bonds outstanding under the Company’s EUR 80 million senior secured bond with ISIN NO0010872864.
