The following amendment has been made to the "Gazprom & Intesa Sanpaolo Group sign agreement"' announcement released on 22 December at 12.50 under RNS No 8989C.
The value of the loan agreement is EUR 350 Million and not EUR 350 Billion.
All other details remain unchanged.

Gazprom and Intesa Sanpaolo Group sign agreement
worth EUR 350 million
Gazprom and Intesa Sanpaolo Group signed yesterday in Milan a loan agreement worth EUR 350 million.
This is the first bilateral loan agreement in the business relationship between Gazprom and Intesa Sanpaolo Group. Gazprom's cooperation with a leading European banking group is essential for establishing the partnership relation with lending institutions in Italy and entire Europe.
Gazprom Management Committee Deputy Chairman Andrey Kruglov led the Gazprom delegation.
