on the value of its equity securities On 28 October 2016 the Board of Directors approved Regulations on Non-state pension coverage of OJSC 'Surgutneftegas' employees (minutes No. 2p. dated
28 October 2016).
Content of the resolution adopted by the Board of Directors:
1. To approve Regulations on Non-state pension coverage of OJSC 'Surgutneftegas' employees.
2. Regulations on Non-state pension coverage of OJSC 'Surgutneftegas' employees approved by the resolution of the Board of Directors (minutes No. 6p dated 27 April 2012) shall be deemed to be invalid.
