VTB's stake in RCB BANK LTD reduced to 46.29%

The stake of VTB Bank in RCB BANK LTD decreased to 46.29% as a result of capital increase through the issue of additional shares completed by RCB BANK LTD. The issue of additional shares allowed RCB BANK LTD to increase its equity capital by US$ 124.2 million which now exceeds US$ 0.5 billion in total.
