INVESCO PLC, London, Großbritannien, hat uns mit Schreiben vom 17. Juli
2007 die folgende Mitteilung gemacht:
'We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on
June 15th 2007 our voting interest in Bilfinger Berger AG fell below the
threshold of 3% and amounts to 2.92% (1,088,022 voting rights) on this day.
2.92% of the voting rights (1,088,022 shares) are attributable to us, in
accordance with section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with
sentences 2 and 3 of the WpHG.'
