mit
Schreiben vom 9. Februar 2009 die folgende Mitteilung gemacht:
'We hereby give notice that on 18th June 2008 the voting interest held by
Artemis Investment Management Limited, Edinburgh, UK in Bilfinger Berger
AG, Carl-Reiß-Platz 1-5, 68165 Mannheim, Germany fell below the threshold
of 5% and amounted to 4.76% (1,770,808 voting rights) on that day. On the
28th July 2008 the voting interest fell below the threshold of 3% and
amounted to 2.51% (935,095 voting rights) on that day.
These voting rights are in their entirety attributable to Artemis
Investment Management Limited according to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
WpHG.'
