uns mit Schreiben vom 11. Februar 2010 die folgende Mitteilung gemacht:
'Amended Declaration of Interest
This form is an amendment of the disclosure made for trade date 01/12/2009
relating to BlackRock Jersey International Holdings, L.P. The name of the
company has now been correctly updated to BR Jersey International Holdings,
L.P.
1. We should hereby like to inform you pursuant to Sections 21 Paragraph
1and 24 WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BR Jersey
International Holdings, L.P., Jersey, UK, in Bilfinger Berger AG exceeded
the threshold of 3% on 01.12.2009 and amounts to 4.82% (2,218,605 voting
shares) on that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BR Jersey International
Holdings, L.P. pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 N° 6 in
connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.'
