Invesco Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda, hat uns mit Schreiben vom 2. Februar
2012 die folgende Mitteilung gemacht:
'We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 1
February 2012, the voting interest of Invesco Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda,
in Bilfinger Berger SE fell below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 2,97%
(1,370,341 voting rights) on this day.
2,97% of the voting rights (1,370,341 shares) are attributable to Invesco
Limited, in accordance with section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection
with sent. 2 of the WpHG.'
