BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited, London, Großbritannien, hat
uns mit Schreiben vom 15. April 2013 die folgende Mitteilung gemacht:
'1. We would hereby like to inform you pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1
WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BlackRock, Inc.,
New York, USA, in Bilfinger SE, Carl-Reiß-Platz 1-5, 68165 Mannheim,
Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on 11.04.2013 and amounted to 3.02%
(1,389,009 voting shares) on that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock, Inc. pursuant to
Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Number 6 in connection with Sentence 2
WpHG.
2. We would hereby like to inform you pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1
WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BlackRock Holdco
2, Inc., Wilmington, Delaware, USA, in Bilfinger SE exceeded the threshold
of 3% on 11.04.2013 and amounted to 3.02% (1,389,009 voting shares) on that
day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc.
pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Number 6 in connection with
Sentence 2 WpHG.
3. We would hereby like to inform you pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1
WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BlackRock
Financial Management, Inc., New York, USA, in Bilfinger SE exceeded the
threshold of 3% on 11.04.2013 and amounted to 3.02% (1,389,009 voting
shares) on that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Financial
Management, Inc. pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Number 6 in
connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.'
