BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited, London, Großbritannien, hat
uns mit Schreiben vom 26. Juli 2013 die folgende Mitteilung gemacht:
'1. We would hereby like to inform you pursuant to section 21 paragraph 1
WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BlackRock Advisors
Holdings, Inc., New York, USA, in Bilfinger SE, Carl-Reiß-Platz 1-5, 68165
Mannheim,Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on 19.07.2013 and amounted
to 3.04% (1,398,179 voting shares) on that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Advisors Holdings,
Inc., pursuant to section 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 number 6 in connection
with sentence 2 WpHG.
2. We would hereby like to inform you pursuant to section 21 paragraph 1
WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BR Jersey
International Holdings, L.P., St. Heller, Jersey, Channel Islands, in
Bilfinger SE exceeded the threshold of 3% on 19.07.2013 and amounted to
3.04% (1,398,179 voting shares) on that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BR Jersey International
Holdings, L.P., pursuant to section 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 number 6 in
connection with sentence 2 WpHG.
3. We would hereby like to inform you pursuant to section 21 paragraph 1
WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BlackRock Group
Limited, London, UK, in Bilfinger SE exceeded the threshold of 3% on
19.07.2013 and amounted to 3.04% (1,397,262 voting shares) on that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Group Limited
pursuant to section 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 number 6 in connection with
sentence 2 WpHG.
4. We would hereby like to inform you pursuant to section 21 paragraph 1
WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BlackRock
International Holdings, Inc., New York, USA in Bilfinger SE exceeded the
threshold of 3% on 19.07.2013 and amounted to 3.04% (1,398,179 voting
shares) on that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock International
Holdings, Inc., pursuant to section 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 number 6 in
connection with sentence 2 WpHG.'
