BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited, London, Großbritannien, hat
uns mit Schreiben vom 20. Januar 2014 die folgende Mitteilung gemacht:
'1. Pursuant to section 21 paragraph 1 WpHG the percentage holding of the
voting rights of BlackRock, Inc., New York, USA, in Bilfinger SE,
Carl-Reiß-Platz 1-5, 68165 Mannheim, Germany, fell below the threshold of
3% on 16.01.2014 and amounted to 2.88% (1,327,528 voting shares) on that
day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock, Inc., pursuant to
section 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 number 6 in connection with sentence 2
WpHG.
2. Pursuant to section 21 paragraph 1 WpHG the percentage holding of the
voting rights of BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington, USA, in Bilfinger
SE, Carl-Reiß-Platz 1-5, 68165 Mannheim, Germany, fell below the threshold
of 3% on 16.01.2014 and amounted to 2.88% (1,327,528 voting shares) on that
day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Holdco2, Inc.,
pursuant to section 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 number 6 in connection with
sentence 2 WpHG.
3. Pursuant to section 21 paragraph 1 WpHG the percentage holding of the
voting rights of BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., New York, USA, in
Bilfinger SE, Carl-Reiß-Platz 1-5, 68165 Mannheim, Germany, fell below the
threshold of 3% on 16.01.2014 and amounted to 2.88% (1,327,528 voting
shares) on that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Financial
Management, Inc., pursuant to section 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 number 6 in
connection with sentence 2 WpHG.'
