PJSC Tatneft has completed the acquisition of Russian tire business of Nokian Tyres plc
On 24 March 2023 PJSC Tatneft was registered as the owner of 100% participation interest in Nokian Tyres LLC and Hakka Invest LLC, and on 29 March 2023 as the sole owner of Nokian Shina LLC. These Russian companies were purchased from Nokian Tyres plc and will change their names in the near future.
