Admission to AIM and First Day of Dealings
Bravura Solutions Limited (AIM:BVS) ("Bravura" or the "Company"), a leading provider of software solutions for the wealth management, life insurance, and funds administration industries, is pleased to announce that the admission of depositary interests ("Depositary Interests") representing its ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM ("AIM"), a market operated by London Stock Exchange plc, will take place today ("Admission"). Dealings in the Depositary Interests on AIM will commence at 8:00 a.m. BST today under the TIDM "BVS" and ISIN: AU000000BVS9.
Bravura is not offering any new Ordinary Shares, Depositary Interests nor any other securities in connection with Admission.
Admission establishes a dual listing for Bravura, alongside its existing listing on the Australian Securities Exchange. It broadens the Company's access to capital and to a deeper pool of UK and European institutional investors, while supporting the next phase of Bravura's growth strategy.
