Total Voting Rights Announcement
DTR 5.6.1 disclosure
Pursuant to DTR 5.6.1, PJSC "LUKOIL" (the "Company") announces that the total number of its ordinary shares in issue now stands at 715,000,000, and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 715,000,000.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTR") of the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
