Total Voting Rights and Capital Announcement
For the purposes of the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, PJSC "LUKOIL" (the "Company") announces that as of 28 February 2020, the total number of its common shares of the Company in issue is 692,865,762, and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 692,865,762. The Company holds no common shares in treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
