<p style="margin:0in 0in .0001pt;text-indent:.5in;"><font size="2" face="Times New Roman" style="font-size:10.0pt;">The obligations of the Company under the Amended Secured Term Facility are guaranteed by the guarantors to the Original Secured Term Facility (the &#147;Guarantors&#148;), and are secured against the assets of those entities.&#160; The Amended Secured Term Facility contains negative covenants substantially similar to the Original Secured Term Facility. The Amended Secured Term Facility also contains a financial covenant that requires Consolidated EBITDA (as defined therein) not to be less than &#163;65,000,000 for each 12 month testing period, subject to certain conditions.</font></p>

The Company&#146;s obligation to redeem any of the 2017 Notes on the Redemption Date will be conditioned upon the completion of a financing transaction, including Notes offering, with aggregate net proceeds in a sufficient amount to pay the redemption price for the 2017 Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest to the Redemption Date, in full and pay all related expenses on or prior to the Redemption Date. The foregoing does not constitute a notice of redemption for any of the 2017 Notes. <p style="margin:0in 0in .0001pt;"><b><font size="2" face="Times New Roman" style="font-size:10.0pt;font-weight:bold;">Manchester, England</font></b><font size="2" style="font-size:10.0pt;"> &#151; <b>(BUSINESS WIRE)</b> &#151; MU Finance plc, a subsidiary of Manchester United plc [NYSE: MANU], has today announced that it intends to issue a notice of redemption for all of its outstanding US dollar 8.375% notes due 2017 (the &#147;2017 Notes&#148;) on May 28, 2015.&#160; Funding for this bond redemption is to be provided by the issuance of new 3.79% Senior Secured Notes due 2027 (the &#147;Notes&#148;) to certain institutional investors.&#160;&#160; The Notes offering is expected to close on or about June&nbsp;26, 2015, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.&#160; In addition, MU Finance plc is entering into an amendment and restatement of its loan facility with Bank of America Merrill Lynch International Limited.</font></p>
<p style="margin:0in 0in .0001pt;"><font size="2" face="Times New Roman" style="font-size:10.0pt;">&nbsp;</font></p>
<p style="margin:0in 0in .0001pt;"><font size="2" face="Times New Roman" style="font-size:10.0pt;">These transactions are expected to result in an interest reduction of approximately $10 million per year.&#160; On a pro forma basis, annual interest is expected to represent less than 4% of our fiscal year 2015 estimated revenue.</font></p>
