I, Dr. Hans-Joachim Holzapfel, Attorney at Law, herewith notify you in the
name and on behalf of the individuals and legal entities listed below (the
'Notifying Persons') that on November 9, 2011, the holding of voting rights
of each Notifying Person in Renk Aktiengesellschaft, Gögginger Str. 73,
86159 Augsburg, Germany, exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%,
25%, 30%, 50% and 75% and amounted at that day to 78.86% (5,519,903 of the
total of 7,000,000 of voting rights in Renk Aktiengesellschaft):

All of the aforementioned 5,519,903 voting rights are to be attributed to
each of the Notifying Persons according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 1 WpHG.
The voting rights are attributed to each of the Notifying Persons according
to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG via the following
subsidiaries within the meaning of Article 22, Section 3 WpHG. 199,903 of
these voting rights, corresponding to 2.86% of the voting rights in Renk
Aktiengesellschaft, a subsidiary of MAN SE within the meaning of Article
22, Section 3 WpHG, are directly held by Renk Aktiengesellschaft as
treasury shares.
