Truck & Bus GmbH, Wolfsburg, Germany informed us according to § 27a (1)
sentence 1 of the WpHG on April 18, 2013 on the following with respect to
the voting rights announcement according to § 21 (1) of the WpHG dated
April 18, 2013 regarding the exceeding of the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%,
30%, 50%, and 75% thresholds of the voting rights in RENK AG on April 16,
2013:
1. The acquisition of the shares in MAN SE by Truck & Bus GmbH serves to
implement strategic aims. As a consequence of the acquisition, the voting
rights in RENK AG held by MAN SE were attributed to Truck & Bus GmbH.
2. Truck & Bus GmbH does not seek to obtain additional voting rights in
RENK AG within the next twelve months through acquisition or otherwise.
3. In the bounds of the respective responsibilities and to the extent
legally permitted, Truck & Bus GmbH seeks to pursue its interests regarding
the filling of RENK AG's administration, management and supervisory bodies.
4. Truck & Bus GmbH currently does not seek to materially change RENK AG's
capital structure, par-ticularly in relation to the equity and debt
financing ratio and the dividend policy.
5. Equity was used to finance the acquisition of the shares in MAN SE and
thus, indirectly, of the voting rights in RENK AG.
