On July 20, 2015, the following persons in each case have informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares their Voting
Rights on RENK AG, Augsburg, Germany, have exceeded the thresholds of 3%,
5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75% of the Voting Rights on July 14,
2015 and on that day in each case amounted to 76.00% (this corresponds to
5320000 Voting Rights):

- Diana Porsche, Austria,
- Felix Alexander Porsche, Germany.
76.00% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 5320000 Voting Rights) are
attributed in each case to each of the above-mentioned notifying persons
in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG
(German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting Rights in each case are
held by the following companies controlled by the notifying persons, whose
share of the Voting Rights in RENK AG amounts to 3 percent or more in each
