Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 7th May 2019, wherby it was informed that George Oehme has resigned from the poistion as CFO and will leave the Company by end of September 2019.
As a consequence of this, the Company has hired Olav Eikrem as interim CFO until a new permanet CFO is onboard. Olav Eikrem has broad experiance as CFO and Director for a number of companies within the industry, both in Norway and abroad.
