ManagementBoard of the Berg Holding S.A. with its registered office in Katowice[Company, Issuer] informs that a subsidiary of the Issuer, NETSU S.A.[NETSU, a subsidiary] launched a franchise network offering a businessmodel in the area of sales of the ​​heat pump with the necessaryequipment. In order to implement the franchise network project, thecompany NETSU Dystrybucja Sp. z o.o., in which the subsidiary acquired100% of shares was established.

Theplans for the development of the NETSU franchise network include openingof 50 new distribution points in Poland by the end of 2021 and 120 newdistribution points in 2022. Finally, the company plans to open about300 distribution points throughout the country. In order to implementthe project of a franchise network was established NETSU DistributionSp. z o.o., in which the subsidiary acquired 100% of shares.
