The Management Board of Berg Holding S.A. with its registered office inKatowice [Company, Issuer] in reference to the ESPI current report No.23/2021 of April 8, 2021 on the launch of a franchise network, informsthat a subsidiary of NETSU S.A. i.e. NETSU Dystrybucja Sp. z o.o.concluded number of franchise agreement, setting out the terms ofcooperation in the sale of heat pumps with the necessary equipment underthe NETSU brand. The concluded franchise agreement provides for theexclusive operation of a showroom in the: city of Gdańsk, city ofBielsko-Biała, city of Namysłów and the Namysłów district. The plans forthe development of the NETSU franchise network include the opening of 50new distribution points in Poland by the end of 2021 and 120 newdistribution points in 2022. Ultimately, the Company plans to open about300 distribution points throughout the country. In the opinion of theIssuer's Management Board, information on concluding of three franchiseagreement is confidential information due to the fact that itsimplementation will have a significant impact on the financial income ofthe Issuer's Capital Group.
