The Company announces that the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary Share as at close of business on 31 October 2024 is 95.97 pence per Ordinary Share. The Company intends to apply the net asset value per Ordinary Share as at close of business on 31 October 2024 to its allotment formula and allot new shares under its prospectus offer dated 8 November 2024.
