Brimar AS, a company fully owned by chair of the board Martin Mæland and
Telecom AS, a company fully owned by board member Kenneth Bern, each a primary
insider in Public Property Invest ASA (the "Company") has today acquired call
options relating to the shares in the Company as further specified in the
attached notification forms.
