PPI has extended a lease contract with The Courts of Norway for approximately
1,560 sqm in Jul Pettersens gate 2 in Lillehammer. The lease contract has a
duration until October 2048.
"This extension is another declaration of confidence from The Courts of
Norway, which is one of our largest tenants and a tenant in 11 of our
buildings. When the contract expires in 2048 the District Court of Lillehammer
will have occupied these premises for 50 years. As a landlord we experience
that tenants to a greater extent choose to renew their leases in existing
premises. This is fully in line with the development the industry needs to
