Aseana Properties Limited (LSE: ASPL), a property developer in Malaysia which is listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, announces that further to its announcement on 30 March 2023 in relation to the proposed sale of Treasury Shares, it has determined to no longer pursue a sale of the Treasury Shares. As a result, the total number of shares in issue has not changed.
