סלקום ישראל בע"מ – בהמשך לדיווחים המיידים של החברה מיום 21 באוגוסט 2016 ביחס לבחינת אפשרות גיוס חוב וטיוטה ראשונה של שטר הנאמנות לאגרות חוב (סדרות י' ו-יא'), מצ"ב טיוטה שניה של שטר הנאמנות בגין אגרות החוב האמורות (בסימון שינויים אל מול הטיוטה הראשונה של שטר הנאמנות). יודגש, כי טיוטת שטר הנאמנות המצורפת לדיווח זה כאמור הינה טיוטה בלבד וכי הנוסח המחייב יהא הנוסח של שטר הנאמנות אשר ייכלל בדוח הצעת המדף שתפרסם החברה להנפקת אגרות החוב, אם וככל שתפרסם. יובהר, כי נכון למועד הדוח, אין כל וודאות לגבי ביצוע ההנפקה, העיתוי שלה, היקפה ותנאיה. כמו-כן, פרסום דוח הצעת המדף וביצוע ההנפקה, אם וככל שיבוצעו, כפופים לקבלת כל האישורים הנדרשים על-פי דין, ובכלל זה אישור דירקטוריון החברה (לרבות בקשר עם מבנה ההנפקה ותנאיה), ואישור הבורסה.
