Pursuant to the terms of the Series L Preferred Stock of CIM Commercial Trust Corporation (“CMCT”), CMCT converted the January 17, 2019 dividend payment on the series L Preferred Stock of USD 1.7380565 per share into ILS on January 14, 2019. The conversion rate was 1 USD to 3.6565 ILS, resulting in ILS 6.3552037 per share. As previously announced, the payment date of the dividend will be January 17, 2019.
