Pursuant to the terms of the Series L Preferred Stock of CIM Commercial Trust Corporation (“CMCT”), CMCT converted the January 16, 2020 dividend payment on the series L Preferred Stock of USD 1.56035 per share into ILS on January 13, 2020. The conversion rate was 1 USD to 3.4705 ILS, resulting in a cash dividend of IL 5.415 per share (on a gross basis, without taking into consideration any applicable withholding US tax). As previously announced, the payment date of the dividend will be January 16, 2020.
