ELBIT IMAGING ANNOUNCES AVAILABILITY OF A TRANSLATION OF THE OPINION OF THE COURT-APPOINTED EXPERT AS FILED WITH THE ISRAELI COURT DATED JUNE, 5 2013. The Company clarifies that the Translation is a convenience translation of the Hebrew-language expert opinion (including exhibits) with the Tel Aviv District Court on June 5, 2013. The Company clarifies that in case of any discrepancy between the Hebrew Version and the English translation, the Hebrew Version shall prevail.
