ELBIT IMAGING ANNOUNCES AVAILABILITY OF A TRANSLATION OF A MOTION TO CONVENE MEETINGS TO APPROVE PLAN OF ARRANGEMENT WITH THE ISRAELI COURT- This is a convenience translation of the Hebrew-language petition (including certain exhibits thereto) filed by Elbit Imaging Ltd. with the Tel Aviv District Court on May 8, 2013, requesting permission to convene meetings of its creditors and shareholder to approve its plan of arrangement. Accordingly, the information contained herein has not been updated. On June 20, 2013, Elbit filed with said Court an adjusted plan of arrangement and another petition to convene said meetings; see the Company's Report on Form 6-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 17, 2013 IT IS HEREBY CLARIFIED THAT IN CASE OF ANY DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE HEBREW VERSION AND THIS ENGLISH TRANSLATION, THE HEBREW VERSION SHALL PREVAIL AND BIND THE COMPANY.
