Israel Chemicals Ltd.’s Announcement of a Name Change to ICL Group Ltd.

The Company wishes to update that it has amended its formal registered name from “Israel Chemicals Limited” to "ICL Group Ltd.", to align with the name that it is generally known by: "ICL".

The official Name Change Certificate is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company have been amended to reflect the new name of the Company and are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and Exhibit 99.3, respectively.
