Share Buy-Back Policy Update
The VNH board announces that, in future, any VNH shares bought back under VNH's share buyback authority will be held in treasury and not cancelled as has been the policy to date.
It remains VNH policy that shares will only be issued from either treasury or under VNH's allotment authority at a price equal to or greater than VNH's prevailing NAV per share.
