Voluntary Reporting Policy in English The Company hereby announces that it has adopted a voluntary policy for reporting in English, effective from the date of publication of the Company’s Financial Statements for 2023. The adoption of this policy is based, inter alia, on notice published by the Securities Authority on June 30, 2020, “Notice to companies: Voluntary Publication of Translations of Reports into English”. Translation of the reports into English will constitute a "convenience translation" and will be published, after issuing the reports in Hebrew, on a special reporting form (T-150). The Company’s reports to be translated into English will include a clarification that the translation is strictly a convenience translation and that the binding version is the submitted Hebrew report. The following is a list of the reports that the Company will translate, as well as the timetables for their publication: - Description of the Corporation’s Business, Consolidated Financial Statements and Board of Directors Report (annual) - up to 45 days from the date of publication date of the Hebrew reports. - Consolidated Financial Statements and Board of Directors Report (quarterly) - up to 21 days from the date of publication of the Hebrew reports. - Presentations to investors and presentations to the capital market (annual and quarterly) - up to 10 days from the publication date of the Hebrew presentation. Should the Company decide to change the abovementioned reporting policy, either by discontinuing the translation or by changing the translation policy, the Company will inform the public by reporting in Hebrew and English, at least 30 days in advance.
