Immediate Report on Amendments to the By-Laws

Regulation 31C of the Securities Regulations (Periodic and Immediate Reports) 5730-1970

1. On 01/09/2022 a resolution to amend the corportion’s by-laws In general meeting was adopted.

2. The nature of the amendments:

Amendment of article 6 of the Company's existing Articles of Association which deals with the Company's registered share capital, such that the registered share capital of the Company will be ILS 70,000 (seventy thousand New Israeli Shekels), divided into 70,000,000 (seventy million) ordinary shares, of ILS 0.001 par value each.

3. The wording of the amendments:

The registered share capital of the Company is ILS 70,000 (seventy thousand New Israeli Shekels), divided into 70,000,000 (seventy million) ordinary shares, par value of ILS 0.001 each (hereinafter: the “Ordinary Shares”).

4. The amendment is effective beginning on 11/09/2022
