Re: An approval of a motion to certify a claim as a class action against The Phoenix & Provident Fund Ltd. On March 20, 2022, a decision was rendered by the Regional Labor Court in Tel Aviv, approving the motion to certify of the claim as a class action (hereinafter: "the Approval Decision"), which was filed against Excellence Nessuah Gemel & Pension Ltd. (Currently: The Phoenix Pension & Provident Fund Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company (hereinafter: "The Phoenix Pension & Provident Fund"), arguing for an increase in management fees in 2007 without sending advance notice as required by law (See details in the Immediate Report regarding the submissionfiling of the motion of certification dated August 9, 2017 (Reference No. 2017-01-061693) and in Note 7A(25) to the Company's financial statements as of September 30, 2021, which were published on November 30, 2021 (Reference No. 2021-01-173703). As part of the Approval Decision, it was determined that the group on whose behalf the class action will be conducted shall be as specified in the immediate report regarding the submission of the motion of certification. The Phoenix Pension & Provident Fund is studying the Approval Decision and is considering its further steps.
