(Hereinafter: "The Phoenix Insurance"),and which is concerned with the claim of non-payment of full insurance benefits under the policy for damage to the vehicle, for the reason that the ownership of the vehicle is "Leasing - sale of a new vehicle 0 km or earlier" although the ownership of the vehicle is not and / or was not such, and the permanent owner of the vehicle license as "Owner 00" was the first purchaser, which is not the leasing company (See detailed in the Immediate Report dated July 17, 2019 (Reference No. 2019-01-061971) and in Note 43A (29) to the Company's financial statements as of December 31, 2021, which were published on March 29, 2022 (Reference No. 2022-01-036997)).This brings this proceeding to an end. false
